Because of the growth of microorganisms, fruit juice can be spoiled. Yeast and molds are common spoilage organisms, such as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. It is also common for juice to have Escherichia Coli, Listeria Innocua, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, and thermophilic Bacillus.
